Design Memo Notepad
1. Customizing the Notepad with Planify Pro
Create a New Planner: Open Planify Pro and click “Create a New Planner.”
Choose A5 Size: Select the A5 paper size for your memo notepad.
Add Lined Paper Widgets: Insert two lined paper widgets onto the page, ensuring they are the same size and aligned.
Adjust Spacing and Margins: Go to Layout settings to customize spacing and margins to allow for hole punching later.
Add Stickers (Optional): Enhance your memo notepad by adding cute stickers from the Stickers menu.
Duplicate and Flip: Copy the current page and flip it horizontally to create the backside of the memo notepad.
2. Exporting and Printing
Export as PDF: Save your design as a PDF, choosing to fit two pages on one sheet to maximize paper usage.
Print on A4 Paper: Print the PDF on A4 paper. The inserts need to be printed at actual fit
Print Cover: Design a separate cover page in Planify Pro and export it as a PDF. Print this on white glossy sticker paper at 120% scale.

Cut and Fold: Cut the printed inserts in half and fold them along the center line.
Prepare Cover: Cut the chipboard to the same size as the folded inserts. Trim the printed cover to fit the chipboard and stick it on.
Punch Holes: Use a hole puncher to create holes in the cover and the folded inserts.
Assemble with Wires: Insert binding wires through the holes in the cover and inserts. Close the wires using a wire binding machine.
