Steps for customizing the planner with Planify Pro:
Create New Planner: Open Planify Pro, click on “Create New Planner”, and select the “Personal Wide” size.
Edit Layout: Turn on “Edit Layout” mode. Add an extra row on the left side for notes. Add a column on the right for a checklist. Adjust margins to 0.5 cm on all sides, except the top margin, which should be 1 cm for hole punching. Add the “Dated Weekly Planner” widget to the left, spanning 7 rows. Add a “Checklist” widget to the right, spanning 5 rows. Add a “Notes” widget below the checklist, spanning 2 rows.
Style the Widgets: Adjust the font, font size, and line spacing for each widget to your preference. Set the color scheme using the color palettes or custom colors.
How to export and printing:
Save and Export: Save your design, go to the “Export” menu, and select “Export all pages.”
Choose Settings: Set paper size to “A4” or “US Letter.” Check the “Rearrange pages” option. Select “Print double-sided” if your printer supports it. Set the scale to “Actual size” or “100%.”
Generate PDF: Click on “Batch generate PDF” and download the file.
Print: Print the PDF on regular paper for the inserts. For the cover, use transparent sticker paper and print at 100% scale with high quality.

Making the magnetic planner steps:
Cut Inserts and Cover: Cut the printed inserts to size. Cut the cover slightly larger than the inserts.
Laminate: Laminate the cover with a dry-erase laminate sheet, ensuring it’s slightly larger than the cover itself. Trim any excess laminate.
Attach Magnetic Sheet: Cut a magnetic sheet to the same size as the cover and attach it to the back of the laminated cover.
